Dear Customers,

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz issued an executive order mandating all non-essential services shut down and for residents of Minnesota to stay at home for a period of two weeks beginning Friday evening, March 27 at 11:59 PM as we try to slow the spread of the Coronavirus. Banks and the entire financial services industry are exempt from this lockdown considering the vital role these services play in our economy.

The health of our employees and customers remains our top priority, and we have taken many steps to keep everyone as safe from the spread of the virus as possible. At the same time, we want to ensure you have access to your accounts and other services. We are committed to doing both.

While we have closed our branch lobbies, we continue serving customers through our drive-up. Many of our employees are currently working remotely, and those who are working in our offices are practicing social distancing.

Reminder: Our Jordan drive-up is open Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Minneapolis employees are available by phone Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM

We know there is a great deal of anxiety due to the current environment. Rest assured that your money at Riverland Bank is federally insured by the FDIC up to a minimum of $250,000 per individual, and while there may be a temptation to stock up on cash, we recommend relying on your Debit or Credit Card and our online or mobile tools for spending and managing your money. For customers who have concerns about their loans or making loan payments, contact us by phone and we will work with each customer through their unique circumstances.

In the current environment, information is changing daily, and sometimes even more frequently. Our goal is to maintain access to your accounts and provide the great service you expect.
