Q. What do you like best about working at Riverland?
A. I love the small-town, community feel of Riverland. I love that our frontline staff knows most of our customers by name and makes them feel like they are important. The staff is very close-knit and family-oriented.

Q. What do you like to do in your free time for fun?
A. In my free time I like to visit with family and friends, take nature walks, watch documentaries, play cribbage, watch sporting events (live and on television), and visit wineries and breweries.

Q. What is your favorite movie?
A. Soooo sappy, but my favorite movie is Sweet Home Alabama with Reese Witherspoon.

Q. What is a cause or topic you are passionate or curious about?
A. Literacy. Being able to read and write allows you to keep up with current events, communicate effectively, and engage in the issues shaping the world today. When my children were in school, I volunteered to help children who were having difficulties with reading, spelling, and written word.

Q. What is your favorite quote?
A. Live Your Dash.

Q. How do you positively contribute to customers’ experience at Riverland?
A. I am not in a customer-facing position, so my ‘customers’ are my coworkers and others within the Bank. I do my best to quickly and accurately answer questions, as well as assist with problems and projects as they arise.

Q. What else would you like to share about yourself?
A. I collect teapots, antique and unique. 🙂
