  • Lost or Stolen Card

    If you have a lost or stolen Debit Card or ATM Card, please call Riverland Bank at (952) 492-2750 Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

    Follow the steps detailed below to report a lost or stolen debit card at any time on Riverland Bank’s online banking or mobile banking app.

    NOTE: Once you confirm the Lost\Stolen card request, the card in question will become inactive and can no longer be used. A new card will be ordered and sent to you within 5-7 business days.

    1. Log into the Riverland Bank online or mobile banking app.
    2. Click on “Manage Cards” from the menu located on the left of your screen. Once you click, your active card(s) will appear in the main screen of the portal.
    3. Click on the card you would like to report as lost or stolen; this will open a new menu with options associated with the debit card.
    4. Scroll down and locate the “Security” heading and click on “Report Lost or Stolen Card”. A new window will open, at the bottom you’ll see a green bar that says, “Report Card Lost/Stolen.”
    5. Click on the green “Report Card Lost/Stolen” bar to complete the process of reporting your card lost or stolen. Once you click on the green bar, your card is now inactive and can no longer be used.

    Please contact the Bank to dispute any suspicious transactions on your account associated with the debit card.
